Fulfillment Policy for Toolpicker.net

This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms under which Toolpicker ("we", "us", or "our") provides access to our paid services through toolpicker.net (the "Site"). By registering, purchasing, or accessing any paid service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Registration

To submit and publish your tool on ToolPicker, you must register and complete a one-time paid placement. This placement grants permanent inclusion in our directory, based on the selected promotional plan.

By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Take full responsibility for your account activity.
  • Notify us in case of unauthorized access or any breach of security.

ToolPicker is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of account credentials.

2. Payment Terms

All listings on ToolPicker are subject to a one-time payment – no subscriptions required. Payment unlocks the visibility benefits as outlined in your chosen plan.

We may occasionally offer promotional codes or trials. If used, the payment will be automatically processed at the end of the trial unless canceled in advance.

All standard payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases outlined in Section 5.

3. Billing and Payment Processing

  • All fees are charged in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal.
  • You must provide accurate billing information and ensure your payment method is valid at the time of purchase.

If your payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or remove your tool listing. In case of any fraudulent use or unpaid balances, ToolPicker may seek recovery, including legal or collection costs.

4. Renewals and Cancellations

ToolPicker listings are lifetime placements. There is no automatic renewal.

If you wish to cancel before completing a payment, you can do so from your account dashboard. After payment, listings cannot be canceled or refunded unless ToolPicker fails to deliver the service as promised.

Accounts may be terminated without notice in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to withhold a refund.

5. Refunds and Disputes

We aim to be fair. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Technical errors during payment processing.
  • Duplicate charges.
  • Failure on ToolPicker’s part to publish your tool within the promised timeframe.
  • To request a refund, email us at business@toolpicker.net. If the cancellation or refund request is caused by a system malfunction, we will process your refund manually. You may also use the built-in cancellation form (if available).
